These terms govern your use of the Noordiq website and services.
01Services
Noordiq provides software development, AI, automation and cloud services. Each engagement starts with a free intro call, followed by a tailored proposal that defines scope, timeline, and price.
02Engagement terms
Project scope and pricing are fixed in the signed proposal. Changes to scope are handled through a transparent change request process.
03Payment
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements.
04Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code developed for their project. Noordiq retains the right to use general-purpose tools and frameworks.
05Liability
Noordiq’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are resolved through the courts of Amsterdam.
