The challenge

  • Too many parallel client projects to keep on track by hand
  • Development, marketing and sales all competing for the same people
  • Agents must never post, send or deploy anything unreviewed
  • Everything had to run on one affordable server

What we delivered

  • PM agent with daily briefings and board management
  • Worker agent that picks up approved development tasks and opens pull requests from a Docker sandbox
  • Marketing and sales agents that draft content, ads and outreach for review
  • Shared state, so all agents collaborate on one board
  • Approval portal (FastAPI + htmx) plus approvals by WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Docker Compose deployment behind Traefik with a CI/CD pipeline to the server

How we delivered

We gave each agent its own role, rules and skills. The shared board is the single source of truth, and every external action (a message, a post, an ad, a merge) waits in an approval queue. Development tasks run in an isolated Docker sandbox, so an agent can never touch production directly.
