The challenge

  • Vacancies were spread across many boards and employer career sites
  • Scraping sites that forbid it was not an option
  • AI-written applications must never invent experience
  • The agent had to resist prompt injection hidden in job ads

What we delivered

  • Connectors for public job APIs, RSS feeds and employer applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee and more)
  • Deduplication and a transparent match score with the reasons behind it
  • Shortlist per candidate with sources and requirements to verify
  • Drafts of a CV summary, evidence map and cover letter in English or Dutch
  • Evaluation suite for prompt injection and invented claims
  • Observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana

How we delivered

We built it as a Python service with configurable sources and candidate profiles. Every source was checked against its robots.txt and terms, and sites that forbid automated access are excluded. Evals run planted false claims and injection attempts against the drafting step, so regressions are caught before recruiters see them.
