Onboarding depended on email threads and shared spreadsheets

Client portal for secure document upload (extension + MIME-type + size validation), dossier tracking, and online payment via Mollie/iDEAL
Admin portal with lead management, secure invitation system (64-char tokens, 7-day expiry, one-time use), and dossier assignment
Structured workflow: lead capture → advisor assignment → secure onboarding → dossier management
40+ permission RBAC with object-level enforcement — advisors restricted to their assigned dossiers at the query level
Immutable audit timeline with 14 event types across onboarding and operations
Automated invoicing and reminders with concurrent-safe numbering
Built-in feedback channel for faster iteration

How we delivered

We started with a two-week discovery phase, then delivered in three focused sprints with bi-weekly demos and stakeholder sign-off. Automated deployment and monitoring were set up from sprint one.
